i’m really not one to write a review no matter the situation but almost everytime i’ve come recently some of the employees have just been very rude. and i personally work in food service so i know how annoying the job can get but seriously it shouldn’t come out on the customers, especially when they didn’t do anything. i always come in for their boba madness and the last time i went in i had asked for a coconut milk tea boba madness and the employee acted like she didn’t know what i was talking about then i pointed it out and she said “oh the boba extreme” and had attitude towards me. even though not only on the menu but also on the massive sign on their window it said “boba madness” which is whatever i brushed it off. but i went it today and it was an older lady working and she had an attitude to the customers in front of me then when i wanted to order she had her coworker do it (her coworker was a very sweet girl) and i had asked for the boba madness without tapioca and she said she didn’t know so she turned around to ask that same older lady and the older lady got super annoyed with the question and turned around and told me they can’t do that. which again i didnt mind cause i g

Good selection of flavors, addition and style of drink. One thing I wasn't happy with was the Boba was all over the place on consistency. Some were hard and others were super soft.

Wonderful employees. One of the best bobbas i've tasted. The snow dessert is a must have. Large enough to share with a friend. Too bad I'm greedy and ate it all. Wish I made it to lubbock more often.

This is my daughter’s favorite place to get boba smoothies. Always Great quality and prompt service. Today we made a stop for her Birthday and the staff from the back even came out to feel her HBD and they have her a macaroon. Thank y’all for being so kind and making her day!
